Good Hotel
"I was happy with my stay here. The room was spacious and clean, I needed more sugar and the staff were happy to help with that and my car parking queries. There is a discount for the NCP car parking if you are staying at the hotel. My bathroom was very nice, it had a bath which filled up easily. The bedroom window could be opened which meant the room was great to sleep in. Bed was comfy."

"Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Very welcoming and nithing was too much trouble. . The triple room we had was big and spacious. Had an issue with the toilet in our room, but once we advised them, they gave us another room. Breakfast had a good choice of full English and continental. Would definitely go back."

"The facilities were great initially I couldn’t locate the place due to changing of the Hotel name from metropolitan to western that was confusing but sorted quickly the car park though I got discounts but I think it should be free for the guest. A deposit of £25 in case of any damages ? This should be clarified before booking and on departure a refund should be made immediately. I hope I have be refunded otherwise is a great place . I recommend!"

Staff very welcoming particularly Roshin very helpful. Room clean and tidy, bathroom shower curtain not ideal kept sticking to my body during showering needs replacing with shower guard.
